Must-Have :
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- On-call duty and holiday coverage as needed
- Required experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, Emergency Department, Level I Trauma
- Required skills in Abdomen and Pelvis CT, Chest CT, Head and Neck CT, as well as Image Display and Post Processing
- Required professional knowledge of isolation precautions, contrast media preparation, radiation safety, and IV starting
Description :
Position is for a CT Tech working a 4x10 evening shift.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in CT technology.
Candidates who are new to the field will be considered.
Every third weekend and one night of call per week are requirements.
Active state license is mandatory, or the candidate must be in the application process.
Candidates will not float outside their designated responsibilities.
There is no radius restriction for local candidates.
Time-off requests should be discussed with the manager.
The provided facility is an acute care hospital and a Magnet facility.
The total bed capacity is 562.
Charting will be performed using Cerner.
Candidates must demonstrate required skills in 3D rendering, contrast administration, and trauma imaging.
The position also requires adherence to safety protocols and experience with various CT modalities.
