Job Description

Our client, a Health Insurance firm located in downtown NYC is looking for a 100% remote Product Owner- with Conversational Toolkit Video experience to join their team.

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Conversational Toolkit Video Space. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in contact center operations and a proven track record of product management success. Experience with Twilio and a background in the healthcare insurance industry are highly desirable.

• Contract to hire, 100% remote

Location : Remote – Client Healthcare company based in NYC

Client : Our healthcare client is a not-for-profit managed care organization offering health insurance plans in New York. Established in 1993, it serves over 1.7 million members across New York City and Long Island, as well as Westchester, Orange, Sullivan, and Rockland counties.

Provides a range of products including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Child Health Plus, and Qualified Health Plans. It focuses on delivering high-quality healthcare through a network of providers, hospitals, and community partners.
