Job descriptionPlan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that encourages exploration and creativity. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports social and emotional development. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents about student development and classroom activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are accessible and engaging. Lead fun and educational activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional growth. Stay current with early childhood education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities. A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education. Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners. Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with peers.
