Loan Servicing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

• Loan Servicing Specialist
• to join our team. This role is responsible for executing all loan servicing and administration activities within expected timeframes and in accordance with documented policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of credit agreements, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform all loan servicing and administration activities in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Process payment applications, funds disbursements, and rate-setting transactions.
• Notify syndicate members and sold participations of relevant transactions.
• Book new borrowers, credit facilities, loans, letters of credit, and fees into loan administration systems.
• Complete ongoing maintenance at the customer, credit facility, and loan levels.
• Review, document, and resolve reconciliation and control report items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support non-processing tasks, initiatives, and special projects as needed.
• Read and interpret credit agreements to ensure accurate servicing and administration.
• Qualifications
• 2 years of loan documentation or Loan Servicing experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Degree equivalent in business administration, finance, accounting, economics', or related preferred

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
