A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for insureds and lienholders for policy-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming calls and follow-up calls, providing superior customer service Research policy information, exercise underwriting authority, and escalate risks as necessary Process high volume policy change requests and assist with billing and compliance inquiries Required Qualifications One (1) year or more of related Property & Casualty experience High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications Dependable and reliable with a flexible work schedule based on business needs
