Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC / Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will support the transition from development to production, perform mechanical assembly and testing, and operate precision equipment including manual lathes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities.

Job Description

• Support the transition of products from development to full-scale production.
• Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical components per written procedures, engineering drawings, models, and specifications.
• Collaborate with production leads, supervisors, managers, and QA inspectors to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct mechanical issues through rework, repair, and maintenance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Set up and operate precision-calibrated tools and equipment, including manual lathes and measurement gauges.
• Identify and implement safety and efficiency improvements within the production area.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of lathes and workspaces.
• Support additional tasks as assigned to contribute to organizational success.
• Shift time : 07 : 00 am - 15 : 30 pm M-F - with overtime and weekend hours as needed
