Nations Roof busca un capataz de techado comercial con experiencia para administrar a los miembros del equipo, supervisar la seguridad del proyecto y comunicarse con los clientes.

Nations Roof es uno de los contratistas de techos comerciales más grandes de los EE.UU., con ubicaciones en la mayoría de las áreas metropolitanas de los EE.UU. Nuestros proyectos varían en alcance desde construcciones nuevas a gran escala, industriales, hoteleras, centros de distribución, centros comerciales, edificios de oficinas y edificios de apartamentos residenciales y techos verdes, hasta grandes proyectos de renovación y reparación y mantenimiento de edificios existentes.

Responsabilidades :

Dirigir y capacitar a ayudantes para instalar y mantener sistemas de techos y proporcionar cobertura impermeable a sistemas existentes de techos BUR, betún modificado, EPDM, TPO, PVC y metálicos.
Organizar y configurar sitios de trabajo.
Completar el papeleo diario.
Asegurarse de que el equipo cumpla con todos los requisitos de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, incluido el Equipo de Protección Personal y la protección contra caídas.
Participar en reuniones de seguridad y eventos de capacitación.

Habilidades / Calificaciones :

3-5 años de experiencia en techado comercial.

Experiencia previa con la instalación de sistemas existentes de techos BUR, betún modificado, EPDM, TPO, PVC y techos metálicos

Gestión de equipo de trabajo e inventario de trabajo

Dispuesto a cumplir con todos los requisitos de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, incluido el Equipo de Protección Personal, protección contra caídas, etc.

Persona trabajadora y puntual

Capacidad para trabajar en turnos de 8 a 12 horas, entre semana y fines de semana.

Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida y un historial de conducción asegurable.

Experiencia / habilidad adicional es deseable :

5-10 años de experiencia

Conocimiento de los procedimientos correctos para la fabricación y la inspección del trabajo completado.

La experiencia adicional en la aplicación de techos de metal es deseable
