  • Greet customers and ensure every rider feels welcome and valued.
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers about maintenance, repairs, and timelines.
  • Help customers understand service recommendations and ensure they’re informed every step of the way.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient service department workflow.
  • Prior
  • service writing or advisor experience
  • , preferably in a motorcycle or automotive dealership.
  • Knowledge of
  • Harley-Davidson motorcycles
  • (or a strong willingness to learn).
  • A customer-first attitude with genuine enthusiasm for the riding community.
