Job descriptionGreet customers and ensure every rider feels welcome and valued. Communicate clearly with technicians and customers about maintenance, repairs, and timelines. Help customers understand service recommendations and ensure they’re informed every step of the way. Maintain an organized and efficient service department workflow. Prior service writing or advisor experience , preferably in a motorcycle or automotive dealership. Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles (or a strong willingness to learn). A customer-first attitude with genuine enthusiasm for the riding community.
