Design & Service Center Manager - Signet Jewelers - Lincoln Plaza Shopping Center

We are seeking a Design & Service Center Manager to join our Field Design & Service Center Team. As a manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a DSC Repair Shop, drive an efficient and successful DSC, and exhibit composure in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to drive amazing customer service, ability to drive performance with a team, effective communication skills, and experience with performance and driving metrics. Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Design & Service Center
• Implement strategic production plans to ensure a continuous workflow
• Maintain the maintenance, organization, cleanliness, and safety of the DSC
• Ensure all customers have a wonderful repair journey with Signet
• Strategize and resolve customer and team member concerns
• Evaluate team member performance and set up action plans where needed

Work Environment

The work environment is a Design & Service Center with moderate to high noise levels. Workweek hours will vary and may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

What We Offer
