We're seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our Engineering and Architectural firm. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our engineering and architectural staff have the technical resources they need to succeed.

You'll be the go-to person for technical assistance, providing critical support and contributing to a productive and efficient workplace. Your ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues will directly impact the daily operations of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly and efficient remote and in-person technical support to our users.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support inquiries both in person and remote session.
• Position is offered from our Chippewa Falls, WI office; however, our Appleton, WI or Minneapolis, MN office locations may be offered based on applicant’s experience.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Configure and deploy new workstations and IT equipment.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT systems.
