The Senior Information Security Officer will be a member of the Business Information Security Officer's (BISO) organization, working closely with line of business Front Line Units (FLU) / Operations (Ops) executives. You will support a team to develop a deep understanding of the business to facilitate specialized, risk-based information security discussions, ensuring focus on the right risk priorities. You will also provide guidance on information security topics, policies, and controls.

Scope

• Contribute to information security initiatives, development, implementation, and maintenance for FLU / Ops.
• Serve as an Information Security subject matter expert, participating in security development and maintenance.
• Advise management on risk issues related to information security and recommend actions supporting risk management and compliance programs.
• Monitor internal and external information security trends and keep leadership informed.
• Manage quality control and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Bachelors and / or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay Transparency details

Locations include Denver, CO; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL. Pay range : $141,700 - $206,900 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. The role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits, including paid time off and resources to support employee well-being.
