• Welcomes and greets guests.
• When possible, opens the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and enters orders in point-of-sale system.
• Maintains outstanding knowledge of the core menu, drink menu and LTO menu and is able to answer guests’ questions on the items.
• Takes payment from guests using any applicable gift cards, rewards card, discount or coupon.
• Responsible for the togo cash drawer and all monies contained.
• Provides guests with estimated waiting time for the order.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness.
• Answers the phone with a smile.
• Assists in running food to the dining room.
• Must exude hospitality and charisma.
