AI Trainer - Medical Doctors / Senior Residents / Staff Physicians

Role Overview

In this project, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong medical knowledge and diagnostic abilities in various fields of medicine. The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of medical concepts, particularly at the level required for medical school or professional practice. You will break down complex medical cases into clear, patient-centric explanations and ensure AI outputs meet rigorous standards of accuracy, safety, and empathy.

Commitments Required : at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. (We have 2 options of time commitment : 20 hrs / week or 40 hrs / week)

The project will last ONE month. Start date is ASAP.

Locations : US, Western Europe (UK,France, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Norway)

What does day-to-day look like?

• Design and solve advanced medical problems, ranging from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical case reviews
• Review AI-generated answers, assessing their accuracy, depth of reasoning, and clarity
• Spot knowledge gaps and edge cases, and propose improvements to strengthen model performance
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks
• Provide structured feedback and insights that guide the development of next-generation AI for medicine and science
