Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and ensure timely reporting.
• Record and reconcile journal entries to maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing annual accruals for tax purposes.
• Conduct cost analysis for case goods and bulk wine to support financial decision-making.
• Handle inter-company accounting processes and oversee fixed asset management.
• Assist in tracking construction-in-progress projects and perform inventory reviews.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure proper invoicing procedures.
• Prepare for audits by organizing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams and work in controlled environments requiring safety protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or winery operations, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support financial tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Knowledge of auditing principles and internal controls.
• Experience with cost analysis, fixed assets, and general ledger management.
• Ability to work in a primarily office-based environment with occasional exposure to production areas.
