Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location : Greenville, SC

Base Salary : $100,000 to 135,000 per annum base plus bonus + benefits

I'm working with a well respected commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Greenville and Spartanburg.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll oversee a variety of commercial projects, typically between $1mil and $10mil – with the occasional $30 to $40mil project to keep things exciting. Project types include :

• Commercial offices and retail
• Adaptive reuse
• Medical facilities
• Historical renovations
