Job descriptionSingle Coverage : 8 AM to 8 PM; 8 PM to 8 AM Shift Duration : 12-hour shifts; 24-hour shifts Weekend Requirements : Yes Facility Annual Volume : 11k ED or ICU Volume : 11k ED, Fast Track, and ICU Bed Size : 12 Facility Total Bed Size : 48 Admission Rate : 5.5% EMR : EPOWERdoc Average Time to Credential : 30 days Expedited Privileges Possible : Yes Minimum # of Shifts Required : 6 per month Board Certification : Must be Board Certified. We will not accept Board Eligible candidates. No exceptions! Training : Candidates must be EM residency trained or ABEM / AOBEM certified. However, consideration will be given to ABIM or ABFM certified physicians with recent EM experience. Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the ED is required. Certification Requirements : ACLS, ATLS, DEA, PALS State License Requirements : Florida
