Accounts Payable Clerk – Fast-Paced Construction Company
Full-Time | On-Site
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment? Our growing construction company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly — managing invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy across multiple projects and vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure proper cost coding and documentation
Qualifications :
1-2+ years of accounts payable experience (construction industry a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
