Staff Java Developer / Full Stack / Financial Industry / Hybrid

A global financial company is urgently hiring a Senior Staff Engineer for a full?time position. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience with Java as well as proven mentorship and technical leadership skills.

In this role, you'll be 50% hands?on developing B2B applications for commercial products using Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, JavaScript, React.js, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, CI / CD, and public cloud platforms.

This position requires onsite work three days per week in Phoenix and offers a competitive 20% bonus.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors in computer science or a related field
• 10+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience
• Java 17+
• Spring Boot
• React.js
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• CI / CD
• PostgreSQL
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Kotlin experience is a plus
