Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) to join their team.  This engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all mechanical systems within the facility. This position involves a combination of hands-on technical work and strategic planning to support production goals and minimize downtime. Key responsibilities include :

• Maintenance Planning & Execution :  Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs :  Diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately, perform root cause analysis, and execute corrective actions to restore equipment functionality.
• Project Management :  Lead and support mechanical improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, installations, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with production teams, electrical engineers, and external vendors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Documentation & Reporting :  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory. Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Safety :  Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement :  Identify opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, reduce costs, and improve overall plant efficiency through innovative solutions.
