Job Title : DevOps Engineer

Location : Hybrid (1 day / week) in Alpharetta, GA preferred; Rancho Cordova, CA secondary

Duration : 6 12-month contract-to-hire

Rate : $55 / hr on W2

Must have : WebLogic experience

Skill sets :

• OS (Unix / Linux) From the basic Application administration and maintenance support perspective.
• Knowledge about DNS, DHCP, Load balancer, DMZ, Firewalls, whitelisting, TCP / HTTP / SOAP / RESTAPI etc.
• Configuration Management Tools with Ansible / Chef / Puppet and scripting with Shell, Perl, python, Jason, YAML, PowerShell etc.
• CI / CD Pipeline - GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CloudBees, Artifactory, Maven Canary & Blue / Green deployment with High availability of applications.
• Middleware - Experience using any Enterprise servers like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, proxy setup and security patching support.
• Containerization - Leveraging Docker / Podman and Kubernetes for application deployment, ensuring portability across cloud platforms.
• Cloud technologies - AWS / Azure on Load balancer, DNS, virtual machines (EC2), storage solutions (S3, EBS), and networking components (VPC, Route 53)
• Security Okta, SiteMinder, LDAP, AD, Entra ID, RBAC, SSL certificates lifecycle management, OpenSSL, Keytool, CSR and MFA knowledge.
• Monitoring Tools - Preferably with any of these : Datadog, AppDynamics, Kibana, Splunk, Nagios, Dynatrace, Grafana etc.
• Troubleshooting experience on Production & Non-production issues with infrastructure knowledge and in-depth root cause analysis.
• Knowledge and exposure to Agile Kanban / Scrum process and methodologies.
