Vermeg Tunisia is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join its team. As a Business Analyst, you will work with highly-skilled professionals dedicated to helping Vermeg customers achieve their IT objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on stimulating projects within major companies in the insurance and financial industries. Building partnerships with customers and identifying opportunities that add value for both Vermeg and its clients are key aspects of this role.

Mission

Roles and Responsibilities :

Your mission is to help our customers in the APAC region maximize the value of their regulatory reporting by :

• Understanding both technical and business customer processes
• Analyzing and consolidating customer requirements, identifying gaps, and writing functional specifications
• Managing interactions with our R&D teams
• Installing and configuring the software package
• Extracting, transforming, and loading data from customer banking systems to our Agile Reporter Suite
• Assessing the impact of the solution on customer systems and identifying areas for improvement
• Participating in knowledge management activities

Education

A university degree in Economics, IT, or Finance

Languages

Fluency in French and English
