Job Summary :
The Lead Childcare associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Katz JCC Childcare (Babysitting) Program. This role ensures a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children, while also assisting the Fitness and Wellness Director in overseeing administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, room cleanliness, and customer service. The position requires strong leadership. communication, and organizational skills, as well as a hands-on approach to childcare and facility management.
Hours : M - Th 7 : 45AM - 12 : 30PM; M - Th 4 : 45PM - 8 : 30PM; Sat / Sun 7 : 45AM - 12 : 00PM
