Essential Anesthesia Management is offering an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented CRNA to join our dynamic team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. This role offers robust compensation, diverse case exposure (including CV), and a strong team environment focused on quality and work-life balance.

Position Highlights :

• $326,000 (1099)
• 10 weeks off
• Backup call only (1 : 7 rotation), with MDs covering primary call
• Case types include : General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, and Neuro and CV
• No OB serviced at this facility
• Daily staffing : 3 MDs (1 Main OR, 1 ORC, 1 CV) and 7 CRNAs (3 Main OR, 4 OSC)
• Anesthesia Care Team model with excellent collaborative culture
• Additional earning potential - out of grid compensation
