Job descriptionBalance individual drawer at the end of each shift Assist customers in completing financing applications Assist sales representatives with finalizing transactions Customer Interactions / Clerical Functions Promptly answer incoming calls and assist customers Assist customers with questions regarding the arrival of their furniture and deliveries Adhere to all company policies and procedures Maintain a professional and courteous manner Call customers to schedule deliveries or update order status from reports All other duties as assigned High School diploma Comfort with computers and data entry Ability to professionally interact with the public Attention to detail and accuracy A strong work ethic and dependability Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Other Job function : Other Industry : Retail
Overview
Position : Customer Relations Specialist at Bernie & Phyl's Furniture. Hourly rate : $17.00 – $19.00 based on experience. Join a successful and growing company with an energetic, friendly work environment, flexible hours, a competitive benefits package and wages. All stores are open 7 days a week. Weekend and evening availability is required.
