Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Ability to continuously lift sheet metal and remain on your feet for up to 10 hours. Comfort operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier quality. Team player with solid communication skills. Willing to work 2nd shift hours. Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting. Prior manufacturing / finishing experience preferred but not required. Deburring experience Meets physical requirements
CNC Laser Unload & Deburr Specialist

What will you work on?
- Carefully unload laser-cut sheet-metal parts from the machine and verify quality.
- Remove burrs, sand, and polish components to achieve the required finish.
- Confirm each part meets company specifications before moving to the next stage.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe for you and your team.
- Communicate clearly with coworkers to stay on track with production goals.
- Record production details and promptly report issues or discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies every step of the way.
