Job description:

Available shift: Must be flexible with shifts to accommodate client services.

Full time: 5 days; Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• You will be working at night with a normal start time of 8 pm, including weekends
• You will be provided a planned route of locations to service and will be responsible to complete your work independently.
• You will operate a medium duty truck and trailer that is outfitted with water tanks and industrial pressure washing equipment and be required to inspect them daily to ensure safe operation.
• You will work outside pressure washing and cleaning buildings, sidewalks, parking lots, loading docks, dumpsters and compactors, train/bus stations, construction equipment, commercial vehicles and other areas as requested.
• Cleanup after job is complete, which includes washing windows, moving all items back to desired locations, removing debris, and removing all job materials.
• Some jobs will require the use of an aerial lift to access 2nd or 3rd story areas.
• Use specific chemicals and cleaning agents to remove graffiti, grease, oil and other substances.
• You will be provided proper safety equipment (PPE), and will need to wear pants, a company uniform shirt, and boots.
• Review scheduled routes assigned and be proactive and ask questions if the route is unclear.

Requirements:

• Valid US driver license and clean driving record.
• Must have current D.O.T. medical card.
• 1+ year experience pressure washing & driving a commercial truck and trailer.
• Competency in completing pre and post trip truck inspections and other required tasks.
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow GPS directions and read maps
• Use smart phone to log in and log out of mobile work order application to record work and upload photos
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Always wear company issued uniform
• Smoking is not permitted for this position.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
