QMS Manager - ISO / AS Specialist

To manage and provide continuous improvement to AGS's Quality Management System (QMS). The ISO QMS Manager will function as the intermediary bridge between all company departments to assure that the entirety of the business operates withing the scope of the quality management system. They will also interact with customers, vendors, or any other third party related to ISO / AS management.

In addition to maintaining and improving current QMS systems, the QMS Manager will also be responsible for implementing and attaining new certifications. Due to this, the manager requires extensive knowledge of certification programs and the ability to adapt to new requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and Improve current QMS System
• Document Control (Master Data, Change Control, Creation)
• Process Control & Improvement (Procedures & Work Instructions)
• ISO Onboarding and Training
• Risk Management Support
• Customer Satisfaction, Communication, & Support
• Audits (Internal, External / Customer, Accreditation)
• Support Calibration & Preventative Maintenance
• Corrective and Preventative Action
• Vendor Analysis and Improvement

Education :

B.S. degree in business administration or equivalent

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience working in an ISO Quality department. Must also have some experience in electronics manufacturing industry or supply chain industry.

Skills / Abilities :

Significant ability with Microsoft Office Applications

Superb Communication skills and professionalism

Preference for Florida Residents

Requires weekly commute to the office

Can work some days of the week remote from home (to be discussed at hiring, flexible based on results)

Requires commute to the office for all audits.
