A client of ours is seeking a Construction Projects Control Manager to join their dynamic team.

• Key responsibilities
• Overseeing project
• Ensuring that projects are planned effectively and progress is monitored.
• Managing
• Establishing controls and operating policies to monitor and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
• Quality
• Reviewing project quality against desired objectives and goals.
• Reporting and
• Regularly updating stakeholders on project status and any issues that arise.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on projects or programs in a secure project setting, with a focus on ICD-705 projects.
• 5 years of previous construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Strong proficiency in project management software, financial analysis tools, and MS Office Suite, MS Project and Primavera.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Currently have and maintain at least an active Secret Clearance
