Job descriptionStrong understanding of scrum principles and agile delivery practices. Proven experience in retail or point-of-sale technology projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (executive level presence). Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing backlogs and working closely with Product Owners. Ability to manage scope, time, and resources flexibly and adaptively. Azure DevOps experience Seasoned PM with experience in retail or point of sale applications. Scrum experience preferred High levels of executive presence required. Ideally, we would like someone who can be in the office 1 day / week but will consider fully remote, if necessary
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enhancements to point-of-sale and retail technology systems.
- Apply scrum principles to manage iterative delivery cycles and backlog prioritization.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and deliverables.
- Manage scope, timelines, and resources effectively in a flexible, adaptive manner.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate.
- Track financials, resource utilization, and governance requirements.
- Maintain high levels of communication and executive presence with leadership and stakeholders.
