Responsibilities
Providing service information and recommendations to customersMaintaining dealership quality standardsSchedule appointmentsSelling service labor and productsAccurately document repair orders with customer concern, cause and correctionConducting post-repair follow-upResolving customer complaintsSuperior customer serviceAssist Service Manager in daily operation and oversight of service departmentMaintain shop workflow to maximize shop productivity based on dealership policies and technician skill levelsProvide support to service advisors and techniciansRequirements
Must have experience as an Automotive Service AdvisorStrong leadership and communication skillsDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsPrevious experience in automotive service management preferredAbility to multitask and accomplish tasks despite interruptionsProficient in resolving customer concerns and issuesProficient in resolving customer concerns and issuesValid driver’s license and an excellent driving recordProven track record of dependability
