Social Media Manager

As a social media manager at Fingerpaint, you will play a key role in shaping and executing social media initiatives for a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical and health & wellness clients. You'll manage the day-to-day social media efforts for client brands, including strategy execution, paid social advertising, reporting, and analysis, while partnering with internal teams and external agencies to ensure integration across all marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate brings an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a curiosity to continuously grow in social media and strategy.

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Develop and execute social media strategies for pharmaceutical brands, across HCP and DTC audiences
• Activate, optimize, and QA paid social campaigns across major platforms with error-free execution
• Use social listening and analytics tools to evaluate performance, analyze competitors, and uncover audience insights that inform targeting, content, and platform strategy
• Conduct performance analysis and present actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and client partners to refine messaging, ensure cross-channel integration, and deliver cohesive strategies
• Support campaign planning, execution, and budget management while serving as a steward for financial operations
• Contribute to thought leadership through POVs, research, and process improvements that create efficiencies across teams
• Conduct audience and competitive research to inform strategic recommendations
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and evolving consumer behaviors in the pharmaceutical social media space
