Job Title : Solar PV Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar PV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) electrical and mechanical equipment. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are performed according to site operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with site operating procedures.
• Complete Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), the person’s, Permit to Work, and job-specific documentation to conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs safely.
• Proactively seek improvement opportunities in job processes and procedures.
• Perform data collection and prepare reports to meet reporting requirements.
• Conduct balance of plant and switchyard work as required.

Work Environment

First two weeks schedule will be nights 6pm-6am

Schedule will then move to either 5am-3pm or 10am-8pm

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boulder City, Nevada.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
