Essential Job Duties :

The Finance Officer serves as the senior financial leader for the Poole College of Management, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight for all fiscal functions of a college with an annual budget exceeding $50 million. You will be responsible for financial planning, budget management, business process improvement, and policy compliance. Additionally you will collaborate closely with the Operations Officer to provide centralized financial management across 21 academic and administrative units and a diverse portfolio of funding sources.

You will use your deep expertise in financial systems, forecasting, data analytics, and compliance, paired with strong leadership, communication, and supervisory capabilities to serve as a leader for the Poole College of Management.

Minimum Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework; or Associate’s degree in Accounting; or Associate’s degree in Business or related discipline with 12 credit hours of accounting coursework; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
