Risk Adjustment Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Client Coding Project Manager to oversee auditing functions and ensure coding compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a quality assurance program and monitor coding compliance and accuracy

Educate internal and external stakeholders on improvement opportunities discovered during audits

Report findings to leadership and assist in the development of training programs for coding techniques

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of related work experience with a minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding

Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment

Experience overseeing remote operations

Strong managerial, financial, and analytical skills

Demonstrated commitment to quality and process improvement
