A company is looking for a Radiology Scheduler to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments across multiple modalities
Document all patient interactions and updates in designated CRM and scheduling systems
Serve as a knowledge resource for patients regarding imaging procedures and insurance information
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of six months of experience in a customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment
Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute
Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
