This position is responsible for managing all accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to support informed decision-making by senior leadership. The Controller will lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems, with a particular focus on leveraging ADP Workforce for payroll and workforce management. By maintaining rigorous internal controls and ensuring adherence to industry regulations, the Controller will safeguard the company’s financial integrity. Preferred skills such as proficiency in construction-specific accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities enable the Controller to analyze project costs and financial trends effectively.
