We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ice Machine Install Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in installing and maintaining commercial ice machines. This role involves traveling to client sites to perform installation of equipment, ensuring the efficient operation of ice machines and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and repair various makes and models of commercial ice machines.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and longevity of ice machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain problems, solutions, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in ice machine repair.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime for clients.
