The role is a visionary leader responsible for designing and optimizing innovative strategies that advance General Motors' health and well-being objectives. This position reports to the Director, Global Benefits, Hourly Compensation & Labor Relations. This role requires an expert in self-insured employer healthcare, well-being strategy & programming, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes that enhance employee health, productivity, and engagement. This role has direct reports, will coordinate cross-functionally, and serve as a leader and mentor to immediate team members. The Senior Manager, Healthcare and Well-being Strategy, is instrumental in driving transformative change across the organization. By developing innovative programs and fostering a culture of health, this leader ensures that employees thrive, productivity rises, and the organization remains competitive and resilient in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Compensation information is a good faith estimate only. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within the range of $114,400 - $179,000 will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. Bonus potential is available based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
