Job description
Remote Pharmacy Technician Opportunity!
Must have TX state license
Hours : Monday-Friday first shift, days
Pay : Set at $18.50 / h
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to providers, patients, and clinics to gather missing information in order for pharmacists to handle MTM
- Reviews pertinent information with patients and answers questions
- Handles inbound calls from patients to review documentation and details
- Answer patient questions about prior authorizations and billing issues
