Capital One is seeking a result oriented and data-driven Marketing Director to fill a critical position within the Global Payment Network organization. In this role, the Director will orchestrate multi-channel initiatives to ensure acceptance and enablement readiness throughout the payment's ecosystem. The audience includes merchants, acquirers, enablers, and other network participants. The role focuses on leading strategic efforts in channel distribution, vendor partnerships, merchant analytics, and partner enablement, all aimed at driving operational excellence and enhancing the market impact of Network acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Distribution Strategy

Develop and execute go-to-market plans across direct and indirect distribution channels

Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation

Lead merchant segmentation and behavioral analysis to inform strategy

Build and manage strategic relationships with payment processors, enablers, and ecosystem partners

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL : $181,800 - $207,500 for Director, Marketing

McLean, VA : $200,100 - $228,400 for Director, Marketing

Richmond, VA : $181,800 - $207,500 for Director, Marketing

Riverwoods, IL : $181,800 - $207,500 for Director, Marketing

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
