Children's Program House Manager

Join Crystal Springs as a full-time Children's Program House Manager and help change lives in the Assonet, MA area.

We proudly provide competitive compensation of $54,000 to $58,200 per year, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments : $2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service. Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week Additionally, we offer great benefits like :

YOUR DAY

As a Children's Program House Manager, you oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment aimed at enhancing the physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students. You serve as a positive role model, facilitating the development of adaptive life skills. Your duties encompass on-site management of the designated residence, including quality assurance, facilitation of staff training and development sessions, and oversight of personnel scheduling. Direct reporting is to the director of residential services.
