Job descriptionHourly Pay : $29 per hour Hours per Week : 40 or more hours per week Per Diem Pay : $40 per night with 2 nights out per week Overnights spent in Ryder booked hotel Paid weekly Paid training Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Start time : 4 : 30-5 : 00 AM Deliver solo to : Eastern WA (Monday & Tuesday) and Northern WA (Thursday & Friday) Equipment : Pallet jack, automatic liftgate, and hand cart Heavy touch freight – Pet food Must be able to drive in snow Uniform, cell phone, & boot allowance Paid PTO starts on Day 1 - 80 hours accrued in your 1st year Do Not Lose Paid Personal Time Policy - We encourage you to use vacation time earned. If you decide not to use it - we will pay you the remaining balance at your hourly pay rate Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits start at 30 days Immediate 401(k) rollover & contributions with company match at 1 year Unlimited referral bonus 12 weeks of paid Maternity Leave Employee discounts that save you money on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, appliances, cell phones, travel, & more Valid Class A or B CDL 9 months of experience within the past 3 years Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test (This form is considered to be a submission of interest to Ryder and is NOT a formal application of employment.))
