SUMMARY :

Responsible for the day-to-day production, and hands on knowledge, of the Vendor Management staff. Duties include making certain the current pipeline is being administered properly and that company policies and philosophies are supported, gaps in process are identified and that changes are implemented to encourage company growth.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

• Able to review and examine title commitment for title issues / defects.
• Able to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely.
• Oversee national fulfillment center needs across platforms.
• Able to Identify negative trends associated with product delivery.
• Manages production workloads and proper daily queue / file allocation.
• Maintaining issue and customer / client complaint records.
