Director of Case Management

Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Case Management! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!

Assumes responsibility and accountability for the fiscal, operational and personnel management of the Case Management Department, including RN Case Managers & licensed social workers. Assures the achievement of Hospital inpatient and observation patient length of stay goals.

Candidates MUST have at least 5 years of Case Management experience in an ACUTE CARE setting to be considered. Candidates MUST be a RN and MUST have a Bachelors Degree.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Current RN license in the State of Florida.
• Case Management certification.
• BS required. M.A. or M.S. strongly preferred
• Five (5) years Case Management Director Experience in an Acute Care setting required.
