Pay Range : $18.75 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours : 5 : 45am - 2 : 15pm; Every other weekend / holiday, 80hrs / 2wks

About the Position : As a Nursing Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing personal care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Your responsibilities will help meet their physical, social, and spiritual needs while supporting their independence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage in training to achieve Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification within 120 days.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Perform a variety of tasks under nursing supervision, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in resident conditions accurately.
• Support residents in medical activities per established care plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the resident care environment.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families as part of holistic care.
• Ensure all resident rights are respected, including privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in maintaining a safe environment.
