  • Salary Range : $35 to $42 per hour, based on experience
  • Bonus : Up to $9,000 for qualifying candidates!
  • Flexible Positions : Full-time overnight and PRN roles available
  • Shift Differentials : Earn extra for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Hours : 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an RN in our Behavioral Health team, you will :

  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide crisis interventions
  • Administer medications and monitor clients for side effects
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate clients about their medications and care plans
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety protocols

    • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A valid Colorado RN license (unencumbered)
  • A strong interest in Behavioral Health (new grads are welcome!)
  • Basic Life Support Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Bilingual / bi-cultural candidates are encouraged to apply
