  • LabVantage LIMS Business Analysis expertise Strong functional knowledge of all LabVantage modules.
  • Configuration and Customization experience Hands-on experience configuring workflows and customizing LabVantage solutions.
  • Workflow and Functional Design Deep understanding of end-to-end LabVantage workflows, process mapping, and functional design documentation.

Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in LabVantage LIMS to support our laboratory systems initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring optimal system configuration and usability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct and participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Perform GAP Analysis and Saturation Studies to identify areas for system improvement and enhancement.
  • Design a robust architecture to support current and future LabVantage functionality and integrations.
  • Write and execute database queries to extract, load, and validate LIMS data across databases and proprietary systems.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure customizations and configurations align with business needs.
  • Lead customer demonstrations, gather feedback, and ensure enhancements meet user expectations.
  • Perform functional testing, create and review test scripts, and collaborate closely with QA teams.
  • Support training and implementation by preparing comprehensive user documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Analyze issues, provide effective solutions, and support continuous improvement of LIMS processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure system compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, ISO).

    • Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years focused on LabVantage LIMS.
  • Proven experience with LabVantage configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory processes and regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Proficiency in SQL or database querying for LIMS data extraction.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
