Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Strong sense of warmth and hospitality
• Sincere desire to provide guests with best possible service and experience
• Interest and pride in learning about food, wine, and beer
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Being a genuine team player - we are only successful if everyone works together
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
• Physical stamina : ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up to 5 miles per evening, which could include stairs
• Flexible schedule - full time availability is a plus
• Desire for longevity, with a commitment of at least one year
• Efficient and safe work practices
