We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (Per Diem) to join our critical care team. This role is perfect for an experienced ICU nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and values flexible scheduling. As part of our team, you’ll deliver advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
  • Monitor and interpret complex cardiac, hemodynamic, and ventilator data.
  • Administer medications, titrate critical drips, and manage life-support equipment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including codes and rapid responses.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care providers to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.

    • Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA State.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU or critical care experience required.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.
  • EPIC EMR Experience required.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, high-stress situations.
